Intake of garlic can lower your BP

A new research suggests that a dose of garlic on a daily basis can help in bringing the high blood pressure down. The magical plant can be as effective as any drugs, the research suggests.

The figures suggest that this high blood pressure also known as hypertension is the cause of about 40% of 150000 strokes and about ten thousands heart attacks.

However the latest research suggests that the patient’s blood pressure declined after the intake of garlic on daily basis for four – five months. In some cases the drop was almost as similar as seen from the intake of drugs like bets- blockers and ace inhibitors.

The researchers were surprised at the results shown by the intake of garlic for high blood pressure cure. However hey are not sure whether it would work same in the long term like the pills. You can control the high blood pressure by less intake of salt, losing weight and getting fit.
